TagMindr makes that possible through your del.icio.us bookmarks.  Simply tag a newly saved bookmark with “tagmindr” and “remind:YYYY-MM-DD” to place that link in your reminders feed.  The TagMindr site provides the RSS feed for this reminder list, so that you can get updates on the day you specified.

Where this may seem unnecessary to some, those with a habit for hordes of tags may find this a nice way to collect information before a meeting.
